Uploading Files and Folders to Mikro Drive

Mikro Drive allows all file types to be stored. It is possible to store files of unlimited types and sizes.

Your files and folders on your computer;

  • Drag drop,
  • Upload File / Upload Folder (browse) from the right-click menu,
  • It is possible to upload it into your {0} account with the Upload File / Upload Folder (browse) options from the Quick Access menu.

Note: You can upload files and folders to your Mikro Drive account from outside, as well as create files and folders within the system by right-clicking or selecting New from the quick access menu.

To upload your files and folders on your Android device to Mikro Drive;

  • Login for Mikro Drive.
  • Click the + button at the bottom right,
  • Select the Upload option.
  • Select 'Allow' Mikro Drive to access your photos and files.
  • Complete the installation process by selecting your desired files and folders.

Note: Creating a new file within the mobile application is not supported. You can only upload the files on your device into the system.

To upload your files and folders on your iPhone and iPad to Mikro Drive;

  • Login for Mikro Drive.
  • Click the + button at the bottom,
  • Select the Upload option.
  • Select 'Allow' Mikro Drive to access your photos and files.
  • Complete the installation process by selecting your desired files and folders.

Note: Creating a new file within the mobile application is not supported. You can only upload the files on your device into the system.

You can upload files to the system yourself, as well as have someone outside upload files with your permission. for this;

  • You can select the Create Upload Request field from the Quick Access menu in the My Wall area or click the + sign in the upper right corner by clicking the left menu>Sharing>My Upload Requests field.
  • Right click or click the + button to create a link to import your file from outside.
  • Specify a name for your request and specify the area where it will be stored. You can store the file that will be accepted externally on your My Wall area, or you can store it in public folders where you have authorization.
  • Edit the external person's privileges with the Customize Settings option.
  • Restrictions such as Validity Period, Validity Date, Password, E-Mail Notification, Number of Link Usage, Number of Files that can be Uploaded, Total File Size that can be Uploaded can be made for the link to be created.

    - The period of validity: The parameter that determines how accessible the upload request will be. Up to 100 hours can be accessed in this field, or a date can be entered by activating the date field. When this limit is reached, a warning that the upload request has expired is given.

    - Password to Ask the Uploader: Password can be set for manual access. There are no restrictions. You must also forward your login password to the other party.

    - Notify by Email: When you check this option, you will receive system notification and email notification for each installation.

    - Number of Link Usage: It is the limit that expresses the number of times the upload request can be clicked, and when this limit is reached, a usage limit warning is given.

    - Number of Files That Can Be Uploaded: It is a parameter that expresses the number of files that can be uploaded in one access to the link. Max. We can determine the number of files

    - Total File Size that can be Uploaded: It is the parameter that expresses the total file size that can be uploaded in one access to the link. Max. We can determine the file size.

    - Explanation: When you share the link, the description text is displayed on the loading screen.

Note: You can upload files and folders to your Mikro Drive account from outside, as well as create files and folders within the system by right-clicking or selecting New from the quick access menu.
